Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday, May 22, imply Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) will need help, and thankfully, ‘someone’ will come to his rescue. Will that someone be Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis)? (Make sure to check out our next week DOOL spoilers, here!)
It sounds like that ‘someone’ will be someone entirely different, so will Doug 3.0 be introduced to Arianna ‘Ari’ Horton (Marissa Reyes).
It also looks like these two will become acquainted during Thursday’s show, and fans should brace for some sparks to fly between the two Salemites.

Marlena Evans’ Unlikely Partner In Celebration
Speaking of Ari, it looks like her birthday will force Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to come together and celebrate. Not that Gabi and Marlena don’t get along, they just don’t necessarily get together often!
Now that Ari is in town, Marlena’s great-granddaughter, this might change, so it’ll be fun to see these three characters come together and bond.
Still, will Ari be up to hanging out with her great-grandmother and mom, or does she have something else in mind for her birthday?
Shawn-Douglas Brady & Steve Johnson Need Back Up
Lastly, Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday reveal that Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Shawn-Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer) will need backup, but who will they reach out to?
This is likely about the experimental drug they need to snag to help Bo Brady (Peter Reckell), so do they call Kevin Lambert (Chadwick Hopson), Kayla Johson (Mary Beth Evans), or potentially … someone else? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
