There’s a new face in Albert Square

EastEnders spoilers this week see the arrival of newcomer Jasmine. Cindy takes a shine to the young hustler, and she’s not the only one. Smitten Oscar sets his sights on Jasmine and goes to great lengths to impress her. Will he get the girl?

EastEnders spoilers: Jasmine arrives in the Square

Cindy is approached by a girl called Jasmine, who wants to know if she’s got any bar jobs going at The Albert.  The timing couldn’t be more perfect as the day earlier Cindy was forced to let Mo go after she caused an accident at work.

Despite there being a vacancy, Cindy turns Jasmine down. But instead of admitting defeat, Jasmine makes it her mission to change Cindy’s mind.

As Jasmine shows how far she’s prepared to go in order to get the job, Cindy is impressed. Deciding she can make Jasmine her protegee, Cindy offers her the job. But just as she’s starting to show Jasmine the ropes, Jean suddenly arrives and gives the pair a piece of her mind.

Jasmine catches Oscar’s eye

Eager to learn and get on, Jasmine makes a good impression with Cindy during her first shift.

She may have won her over, but Elaine does not think much of their new barmaid. Cindy and Elaine have finally put the drama of George behind them and reached a place of understanding. Is Jasmine going to reignite their feud?

Meanwhile, Oscar catches sight of Jasmine and likes what he sees. Deciding to try his luck, Max’s cocky lad turns on the charm offensive. Jasmine is flattered by Oscar’s attentions, but Cindy warns that he’s trouble and to stay well clear.

Oscar breaks the law to impress Jasmine in EastEnders spoilers

Later that week, Oscar decides he’s going to ask Jasmine out on a date. And in order to impress, he steals her an outfit from the market to wear.

Cindy spots the pair in a flirty clinch, and once again tells Jasmine that Oscar’s bad news.

Will Jasmine take Cindy advice and pie Oscar off? Or will Oscar’s efforts pay and off and get him a girlfriend?
