Coronation Street has aired a new twist that may spell trouble in paradise for Carla Connor and Lisa Swain.
Recently, Lisa’s late wife Becky came out of hiding to pay her a visit, leaving Lisa’s fiancée Carla less than impressed.

“I gave my life for yours,” Becky tries to explain, but Lisa can’t forgive her for deserting her family.
When talking about other relationships later on, Becky tells Lisa she couldn’t see anyone else as she considered herself to be still married.
“In my mind, I was still married. I could never cheat on you,” Becky says.
Becky admits that she was jealous when she learnt of Lisa’s engagement through social media. Lisa is shocked to learn that her engagement to Carla was part of the reason why Becky has returned.
In an emotional moment, Becky tells her that she’s never stopped loving her.
“I never will,” Becky continues.
A speechless Lisa is saved from responding when Carla and Betsy arrive with fuel. Lisa quickly dries her tears and greets Carla, who kisses her in front of Becky.
At the Rovers, Carla tells Lisa she doesn’t feel secure and doesn’t want to be a “marriage-wrecker”, but Lisa does her best to reassure her.
“You’ve got nothing to worry about, honestly,” Lisa tells her, holding her hand.
