Danny Miller has announced a separate project away from his role as Aaron Dingle on ITV soap Emmerdale. The actor will be joining former Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent in a new podcast called “You don’t know you’re born”.

In an announcement on Instagram today, the official account for the podcast wrote: “Pads! Smartspeakers! Fortnite! Kids these days don’t know they’re born! Join Danny Miller, Brooke Vincent and Wingman every week as they get together to vent, laugh, and prove just how much their kids don’t know they’re born! First EP is dropping this Thursday!!! Tune in wherever you get your podcasts.”
Danny is known for playing the role of Aaron Dingle on the fictional farm. Aaron first appeared in Emmerdale in 2003 as a recurring character. In 2008, Aaron was reintroduced as a full-time cast member and the decision was made to recast the part, with Danny taking on the role.
Aaron’s storylines have included coming to terms with his homosexuality, a relationship with Jackson Walsh, and his marriage to Robert Sugden. Off-screen, Danny leads a more relaxed life, often sharing updates of time with his family to social media.
Co-podcast host Brooke played the role of Sophie Webster in Coronation Street between May 2004 and October 2019. She was the third actress to have played Sophie, following Emma Woodward and Ashleigh Middleton.
Vincent decided she wanted to be an actress at the age of seven and made her television debut in 2002 in The League of Gentlemen. The new projects the two are taking part in has excited fans.
Fans of the soap stars are looking forward to the new podcast. Danny Miller commented “What a laugh this is! Buckle up”, alongside laughing emojis.
Former Lioness Jill Scott commented “this looks so good” and former Coronation Street star Ryan Thomas added praising hand emojis.

Ellie Leach, former Coronation Street star and real-life cousin of Brooke wrote “sooooo excited” and Emmerdale actress Beth Cordingly posted “Hooray! Looks ace Danny can’t wait.”
It has been an exciting 2025 for Danny, he became a dad for the third time in July and took to social media to announce the news.
Danny and his wife Steph Jones already have two young children, Albert and Edith, but have now welcomed a third to complete the family of five. The couple tied the knot in a stunning ceremony in Cheshire in 2022, one year after getting engaged in St Lucia.

He shared an adorable snap of the whole family with Steph holding the newborn. He wrote: “Welcome Vincent Miller. Born 10/07/25, weighing 8lb 8oz. We could not be happier with our family of five.”
