Emmerdale‘s Gabby Thomas makes an explosive confession to Laurel next week, as she admits that she’s been unfaithful to Vinny.

Will Laurel convince her to come clean – or will Gabby keep her naughty secret for as long as she possibly can?

Having been Gabby’s mother figure for so many years, Laurel can sense that something isn’t quite right and correctly guesses that there’s something playing on the mum-of-one’s mind.

Caught out, Gabby then reveals that she did the dirty on her man shortly before her wedding day…

“We all thought Vinny was the one harbouring secrets – but it turns out that Gabby is battling with her own guilty conscience too,” our Emmerdale source explains.

“After telling Laurel the truth, she explains that her plan is to never tell another soul about her infidelity.

“Laurel feels exasperated with her risky decision, but will she intervene or decide to stay out of the tricky situation?”

Later in the week, Gabby is over the moon when it turns out that Vinny can now officially adopt young Thomas.

The seemingly happy news provokes different feelings for Vinny, though, as he feels even more heartbroken that his own secret could tear apart his family unit.

“Vinny is in turmoil,” our insider adds. “He knows how much adoption means to Gabby and he truly adores Thomas, but he can’t help but feel awful that he would become a dad while concealing so much from Gabby.

“Given how much of a milestone officially entering parenthood would be, it makes you wonder whether it’ll encourage him to finally open up about his plight.

“Or might Gabby crumble under the pressure and admit her betrayal first? It’s such a messy situation.”

With Gabby and Vinny bottling up huge secrets, will the couple be ripped apart by each other’s web of lies? Or will they both remain in the dark about their partner’s deceit?
