‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Brook Lynn Knows Britt Gave Birth To Rocco

Lulu was up on her high horse with Brook Lynn in the June 16th episode of GH as she claimed she would never lie to her children. Lulu was self-righteous and judgmental, and we cheered when Brook Lynn slapped her.

Since Lulu has no compassion for Brook Lynn and the heartbreaking family situation Lulu caused, Brook Lynn plans to “Give Lulu a taste of her own medicine.”

When Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) first arrived in Port Charles, she was obsessed with Dr. Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson), and Britt’s mother, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), encouraged her to trap Patrick with a baby.

Britt was implanted with Lulu and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) embryo, which Lisel helped her steal. She gave birth to a boy whom she named “Ben.” Britt raised the baby for a short period and naturally fell in love with the little guy.

Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) figured out that Dante was Ben’s father after Nikolas Casadine (then Tyler Christopher) informed her that Britt had stolen sperm from the lab. Britt had only confessed to a partial truth that Dante was indeed the father.

However, there was still the matter of Ben’s maternity leave to come. Britt’s ride-or-die BFF, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), convinced Britt that it would be cathartic for her to write a letter of confession to Lulu and then rip it up.

Elizabeth showed the letter to Lulu, who confronted Britt at her engagement party to Nikolas. Britt was forced to admit the whole sordid truth that Ben was really Lulu and Dante’s son.

Britt’s mother kidnapped Ben, and when Dante and Lulu went to retrieve their son, he was gone. Dante rescued him, and the couple brought their child home, renaming him Rocco.

Since Rocco has become older and more mature, Lulu could have told Rocco that Britt carried him, but like Brook Lynn tried to do for her son, Giovanni Palmeri (Giovanni Mazza), she stayed silent. Brook Lynn didn’t want to upend her child’s life.

Lulu is a massive hypocrite for claiming she’s never kept life-altering secrets from her kids. She’s never told Rocco about Britt. He deserves to know how he was conceived and that Britt gave birth to him.

Brook Lynn hired Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) to assist her in researching Britt and the story of Rocco’s conception. Brook Lynn requested all legal documents concerning what had happened, and Marco wondered what she was trying to prove.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Lulu Should Have Gone To Brook Lynn With Her Gio Suspicions

Brook Lynn responded,

“That Lulu isn’t half the mother she says she is, and the key to proving it is Britt.”

Lulu’s actions deeply hurt Gio and contributed to the falling out between Brook Lynn’s family.

If anything, Lulu should have gone to Brook Lynn and presented the truth. Instead, Lulu decided it would be a good idea to confront Brook Lynn’s mother, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), at the Nurses Ball. Lulu has been insistent that Brook Lynn lied about Gio being her son.

It’s appalling to hear Lulu come down on Brook Lynn for her choice to keep her teenage pregnancy a secret. It broke Brook Lynn’s heart to give up her baby.  Here is smug, sanctimonious Lulu with her endless accusations and assumptions.

While we applaud Brook Lynn’s efforts to make sure Lulu doesn’t get away with what she did. We have a feeling that her plan will ultimately backfire.

We prefer Lulu to be arrested for breaking and entering Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) hotel suite. That way, the only person who is hurt by Brook Lynn’s revenge scheme is Lulu, who fully deserves to be knocked down and exposed.
