Tom Tortured Belle!

When Tom and Belle started living together, Tom started controlling her. Initially, he didn’t control her much, but then he became obsessed and started separating her from her entire family.

After some time, he even installed security cameras in the house to keep a check on Belle. He physically and mentally abused her. Tom also faked the death of her dog, Piper, so that he could get close to her again. However, Belle Dingle reported Tom. The police arrested him and he was imprisoned for three years.

In February, Belle decided to get a divorce from her husband. To begin with the proceedings, she had to meet Tom in the prison. However, she was able to stand strong and ignore him. She has been healing from the traumas. She also started managing Take A Vow after Leyla and Suzy’s deaths.

Belle Receives A Letter!

In the recent episode, Belle and her family reached the Home Farm for Lydia’s birthday party. She had a letter, but she was hiding it as she didn’t want to ruin anyone’s birthday. As the time passed, the Dingles became slightly drunk, and Chas found the letter.

Then Belle disclosed to Chas, Paddy and Mandy that the divorce proceedings were nearly over. Though they were happy, she didn’t want to celebrate it on Lydia’s birthday. However, she wasn’t present there, so they told her to enjoy the free drinks at the table.
