This financial setback was compounded when the sequel, Horizon: Chapter 2, was subsequently pulled from a theatrical release, leaving fans with “no clue” when they might be able to watch it. Co-star Glynn Turman admits he’s heard “not a thing” about its release.

Adding to the growing list of troubles, there have been serious allegations of sexual discrimination and harassment on the set of Horizon. A lawsuit from stunt performer Devyn LaBella claims she took part in a “violent unscripted, unscheduled rape scene”. Costner’s legal team has vehemently denied these claims, stating that the allegations have “absolutely no merit”.
