Claire Faces Kyle’s Bold Proposal

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, May 5, tease a big step for Claire and Kyle. At the Abbott mansion, Kyle shares shocking news with Claire about Summer’s Italy trip. He also reveals their move-in plans are no longer a secret.  Kyle told Summer without asking first.

Kyle softens the blow by saying Summer supported their choice—just wanted Harrison to be told later. Claire agrees to that, but things get more complicated. Kyle shows her a picture of Adam’s old condo and pitches it as their future home.

Claire feels blindsided and upset. She insists they should’ve made the choice together. Kyle apologizes. He was just too excited and got ahead of himself. That calms Claire, and she takes another look at the condo idea.

It turns out the place fits many of their needs. Kyle also thinks buying it could help with Victor—if they get Adam to sell.  about Adam’s support, given their tense history. Kyle shrugs it off and says they need allies, even ones they don’t like.

By the end, Claire agrees to reach out to Adam. Kyle is thrilled and hopeful they’ll be moved in before the month ends. They share a kiss and dream about their new life together.

Meanwhile, at Crimson Lights, to Lily Winters. He feels bad for his earlier aggression and wants to earn her trust. Lily, still cautious, asks Damian to arrange a meeting with Aristotle Dumas.

He agrees, hoping to show his sincerity. Later, the two bond over their late fathers. At the jazz lounge named after Neil Winters, emotions run deep. Damian listens as Lily shares heartfelt stories about her dad.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Phyllis Crashes Billy and Sally’s Big Moment

At the athletic club, things get messy. Billy and Sally celebrate their Abbott Communications partnership. But Phyllis storms in and makes herself at home—literally. She pours a glass of champagne and declares she’s not done fighting.

Phyllis assumes they’re celebrating her downfall. She vows to bounce back and bring Daniel with her. Billy warns her that’s not happening. When Phyllis finds out Sally’s replacing her, she explodes with rage.

She accuses Billy of tossing her aside for Sally. Billy defends himself, but Phyllis isn’t having it. She predicts  the same fate and warns Billy he’ll regret this. After throwing verbal jabs, Phyllis storms off—leaving Sally deeply unsettled.
