In Emmerdale, Nate’s body teeters on the brink of discovery, and John Sugden (portrayed by Oliver Farnworth) finds himself under the shadow of impending retribution. On the cusp of his nuptials with Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller), the paramedic hatches a last-minute plan.

Over on Coronation Street, Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) has some loose ends to tie up with old mate Mick Michaelis (Joe Layton). But how will he navigate the fallout?

Meanwhile, in EastEnders, Zack Hudson (James Farrar) is hell-bent on extricating Barney (Lewis Bridgeman) from the Mitchell mayhem – but an unexpected accident could throw a spanner in the works.

Emmerdale

As John gears up for his wedding day with Aaron, he’s haunted by nightmares of being nabbed for Nate’s murder. When Cain (Jeff Hordley) lets slip that workers are trawling the lake, John readies himself to do a runner.

Aaron stumbles upon him mid-escape but is placated when John chalks it up to pre-wedding nerves. Once Aaron’s out of sight, John resumes packing and makes a beeline out of the village. However, he does a U-turn upon hearing the dredging operation has been called off.

His plans are thrown into disarray when Cathleen turns up with news. Later, Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper), Chas (Lucy Pargeter) and Victoria (Isabel Hodgins) step in to cover for the AWOL grooms.

Joe’s (Ned Porteous) budding romance with Dawn (Olivia Bromley) hits a snag when a social worker drops by to investigate a safeguarding issue.

Joe recognises that he and Clemmie need to work on their relationship. However, when Clemmie goes missing under Joe’s supervision, Billy (Jay Kontzle) suggests that Dawn and the children should leave Home Farm.

Ross (Michael Parr) takes Lewis (Bradley Riches) for a kayaking trip, sneakily swiping his keys and enlisting Mackenzie’s (Lawrence Robb) help to steal Lewis’ plants. Mack searches Lewis’ house without success, but soon stumbles upon something in the attic.

When Lewis receives a notification of a break-in on his phone, he communicates with a trapped Mackenzie via his app. Lewis agrees to release him, but only if Ross reveals the truth about his mother Emma’s death.

Coronation Street

Brody (Ryan Mulvey) becomes tense as he listens to a voicemail from his father. Upon returning home, Kit finds Brody wrecking his flat, revealing that Mick has claimed his innocence and is the victim of a police set-up.

Kit counters that the evidence suggests otherwise, leading to an angry outburst from Kit. Sarah (Tina O’Brien) and Bernie (Jane Hazlegrove) arrive just as Brody dashes out, his face hidden by a hoodie. Later, Sarah discovers that Kit could be Brody’s son – how will she respond?

Ronnie (Vinta Morgan) introduces Debbie (Sue Devaney) to Fiona, a former flame, much to Debbie’s chagrin. When Ronnie assures her that Fiona is merely a friend, Debbie pretends not to care.

However, when her phone rings, she turns the tables on Ronnie and pretends she’s moved on. This leads to Carl (Jonathan Howard) getting involved and a heated argument breaks out.

Eileen (Sue Cleaver) informs George (Tony Maudsley) and Brian (Peter Gunn) that the drugs detected in Julie’s system were actually her prescribed painkillers, not Julie’s. After Brian makes an offhand comment, Eileen loses her temper and forbids him from attending the funeral.

Mick endures a savage attack in his prison cell. Lou (Farrel Hegarty) visits him and is taken aback by his injuries. He points the finger at Kit, warning that if he doesn’t confess, his next assault could be lethal.

EastEnders

Zack sets a new scheme in motion, asking Ravi (Aaron Thiara) for a loan to facilitate his escape. However, Ravi cautions him against crossing Nicola (Laura Doddington), who recently enlisted his help to dispose of a body. Zack confides in Linda (Kellie Bright), who advises him to report the matter to the police to safeguard Barney.

Later, Nicola finds herself under arrest, leaving her stunned. But upon witnessing Harry’s reaction to the arrest, Zack discloses the truth about Barney’s parentage, hoping Harry can assist in keeping the lad safe.

However, tensions rise as secrets start to unravel following Nicola’s release. Teddy (Roland Manookian) attempts to defuse the situation, but matters take a dramatic turn when a car swerves off the road and plunges into the lake.

Avani, played by Aaliyah James, is left shaken when she becomes the target of vicious online messages after word gets out about her sleeping with Joel in Walford.

Barney tries to offer support but Avani reacts defensively and storms off. Later, Barney finds a distraught Avani in the playground and attempts to comfort her.

In another part of town, Phil (Steve McFadden) is puzzled when Nigel (Paul Bradley) is upset they didn’t celebrate his birthday, despite him insisting he didn’t want any fuss.

Phil discusses the situation with Yolande (Angela Wynter), Alfie (Shane Richie) and Honey (Emma Barton) before confronting Nigel about his feelings.

Hollyoaks

Darren and Nancy press Rex for answers, concerned about Frankie. A text message reveals the location they need, but they mistakenly trust the wrong police officer, setting the stage for yet another disaster.

DI Banks plots to flee with his wife, planning to destroy all evidence and dispose of the workers beforehand. Diane, growing suspicious, follows Allister to the manor house, while the teenagers and Robbie desperately try to escape from the basement.

Elsewhere, Ste and Leela anxiously await news on Lucas’ operation and Mercedes completes her chemotherapy treatment.

Neighbours

Amanda’s decline causes concern among her loved ones as they urge her to undergo dementia testing. However, the situation escalates when Amanda mysteriously disappears.

In another part of town, Darcy manages to evade Karl’s accusations, but Terese makes it clear she’s watching him closely, leaving him feeling cornered.

Paul is left reeling from Chelsea’s shocking revelation, and she suspects it won’t be long before he vents his anger. Meanwhile, Andrew goes to great lengths to expose a catfish, but his actions come at a cost.

Home and Away

The atmosphere is tense as Harper and Tane prepare for their wedding, with Cash hot on Tane’s trail. But their plans are thrown off course by a significant discovery.

Elsewhere, Eden shares with an elated Kirby her desire to reignite her engagement with Cash. However, a later bombshell leaves her heartbroken.

A love confession causes friction between Abigail and Mali, leading Abigail to keep Mali at a distance and disrupt Levi and Mackenzie’s quiet night in. Meanwhile, Theo is heading down a perilous path, but Sonny insists to Remi that the police must not be involved.

While Emmerdale’s Aaron Dingle faces betrayal, secrets, and emotional chaos on screen, the man behind the role—Danny Miller—has never looked happier in real life. The beloved soap actor has shared a deeply moving update that has fans in tears for all the right reasons: his growing family. Just weeks after welcoming his third child, Danny took to Instagram to post a joyful holiday snap with wife Steph and their children—marking their first trip away as a family of five. Beaming from the pool with their two older kids, Albert and Edith, Danny captioned the post with simple yet powerful words: “Family: where life begins and love never ends.” It was a moment of pure contrast to the heartache unfolding for Aaron in Emmerdale. On the show, Aaron has had a turbulent 2025: still reeling from Anthony Fox’s death, navigating a tense marriage to John Sugden, and facing the emotional return of his ex-husband, Robert. Viewers know that while Aaron appears loyal to John for now, he remains dangerously unaware of John’s darkest secret—John accidentally killed Nate Robinson while trying to “save” him. It’s only a matter of time before Aaron’s world unravels again. But off-screen? Danny is basking in peace and gratitude. The actor, who made his Emmerdale debut as Aaron in 2008, has tackled countless emotionally wrenching scenes over the years—from struggles with identity to heartbreak and loss. And yet, fans say his latest real-life post shows more joy than even his happiest fictional moment. Holding his wife, with children clinging to his side and a newborn in their arms, Danny’s happiness is radiant. Just days earlier, Danny had posted a heartwarming welcome to the newest member of the family: “Welcome Vincent Miller. Born 10/07/25, Weighing 8lb 8oz. We could not be happier with our family of 5.” The video of Albert and Edith meeting their baby brother for the first time only added to the emotional impact—brother and sister walking hand-in-hand toward their mum, their eyes filled with curiosity and wonder. The response online was overwhelming. Fans flooded the comments with love: “Gorgeous wee family, it’s heartwarming to see”, one wrote. Another added, “Love watching your family grow.” And perhaps the most touching message of all came from Danny himself, just days before: “Never in my life did I think I’d find happiness of this level… so here’s a picture to describe it for me.” While Aaron Dingle may be on the verge of heartbreak, Danny Miller is living a chapter filled with love, legacy, and new beginnings. It’s a beautiful reminder that even when fiction brings tears, real life can offer peace.
